Thank you all for coming to our event and for making it such a success.

We had almost 60 companies from around the country to showcase their products and share information about their company or organization.  Those with food allergies or Celiac Disease were delighted to be the recipient of all the wonderful samples and information being shared. 

This was the fourth year POCA of DuPage hosted this event.  This year was particularly special because we joined forces with the CSAGC and Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.   While we were expecting 250 people to attend, we are delighted to report that 400-450 people attended our event.

In addition to the wonderful opportunity to sample these specialized foods, CSA Executive National Chef, Aaron Flores prepared some of his favorite dishes during the event.   Aaron Flores who is also the Executive Chief for the DoubleTree Hotel Chicago Oak Brook has a passion for preparing meals for people with special food requirements. He was a wonderful addition to our resource event.
